WeDo welcomes startX

startX is a new pre-accelerator programme created and funded by South East Technological University (SETU). It is running from March to May 2024. This free programme will support four cohorts of early-stage innovators, each aligned with the research themes of the four technology Gateways within SETU: Design+; PMBRC; SEAM; and the ICS Technology Gateway at Walton Institute.

Following the success of their first event in December, startX is taking its next event to Kilkenny and we are delighted to be hosting this startX Community Event here next Wednesday, January 17th at WeDo Work Spaces, Abbey Street. Kilkenny.

Please join us at WeDo Work Spaces for an evening of networking, learning more about startX and hearing from our fireside speaker: Andrew Tobin of Stryve, all while enjoying some light bites and pints. Doors open at 6pm to network until we kick things off with a startX info session at 6:30pm.

Our startX team will be there to answer any questions about the SETU pre-accelerator programme and application process. We will also be hosting 1:1 office hours in WeDo to help walk participants through their applications.
